I have to call bull here. Thi is just simply not possible. OK, I take that back… through some amazing strech of reality and some totaly unrealistic distortion of scientific research you could possibly make this claim. It's like when a politician gets up and says, "These alegations against me are completely un founded". You know he is lying. |

This is possible nowdays. Its called Hydrogen-fuel. You pour the water into the Hydrogen tank and the Hydrogen is taken out of the water and used as the fuel.
