There have been a slew of people trying to rip off Alex Tew's idea and make some money. This auction is for one of those permutations on his original idea. They have slashed his prices, it is now only $15 per 100 pixels, but instead of posting website banners or advertisements you post photos of things you want saved for posterity. So if you want to be in the first photo montage to be made by everyone on the Internet, bid away. |

Beer has a pretty definite shelf life, and Dunce is pretty sure that 1975 is well past that point for this beer. So you can not drink it, but theoretically you can hold it in your hand and chant the name of the team you want to win. The seller is promising you can help you team win with this can. I think if you buy this can, and your team does not win, then you should get your $5000 back! |

No, were not talking about a stuffed animal here. This is a piece of lingerie made entirely from flavored condoms. It is quite an amazing feat, and a very useful item too. The woman could put this on to tease and delight her man, and then should the need arise for a condom, he just reaches up and grabs one! |

But they were owned by Marilyn Monroe! So I suppose that adds some intrinsic value to them. The funny thing about this type of star memorabilia is that you will never use them, ever. You will put them in some glass box and stare at them for all time. Does that strike anyone else as weird? However, the good news is that these clips appear to come with some of he hair stuck in them. Assuming it is really her hair, you could use that to finish that Marilyn Monroe voodoo doll you have been working on. |

I will never understand certain things about eBay. For instance, why does the colorful four letter word mesmerize so many millions into paying too much for used/new items that they could have just as easily bought from the store for nearly (sometimes less!) the same price? The ipod, for example, is an item that is easily accessible as long as you don't live on the moon! I can not think of a single place in this country where a store that sells an iPod can be more than 10 miles away. Yet people flock to eBay to buy these iPods from Joe schmo's, used or not, for what is often times more than the price of an iPod at the store when you include shipping. Sure you avoid sales tax, and it is always good to stick it to the man. But the little boy in this me always demands instant gratification, and the week long wait for the iPod i just paid full price for would be way too agonizing for me! |
